Beta Access Help
For invitations, eligibility, access status or private-beta availability, choose Beta access in the form. Beta access may be limited, paused or withdrawn while the service is tested.
Sign-in and Account Help
Choose Account or sign-in if you cannot access your account, complete sign-in or recover the correct profile. Do not send your password, verification code or Apple login.
App PIN and Biometric Help
Choose App PIN or biometric unlock for problems with the app's local privacy lock. Never submit your app PIN. Biometric availability and behaviour depend on the security features of your device.
Sex Code Help
A numeric Sex Code is a private reference to the exact current request represented in the app. Check the decoded items and any accompanying text before responding. Notifications may show the numeric reference but should not reveal decoded catalogue items, personal message text, safewords or recording settings.
Green, Amber and Red
- Green accepts the exact current request.
- Amber proposes changes.
- Red declines.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. An in-app response does not replace clear, ongoing, freely given real-world consent.
Blocking and Reporting Help
Use blocking to stop unwanted contact. Use reporting for suspected coercion, threats, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content or other safety concerns. Submit only the information needed for the report and do not include unrelated highly sensitive content.
Account Deletion Help
Select Delete my account to request deletion. Account ownership may need to be confirmed. Removing a message from normal view does not necessarily erase all safety, audit or legally retained records immediately, and deletion timing is not guaranteed.
Privacy and Data Export Help
Select Privacy or data request to ask about personal information or request an available export. We may need enough information to identify the correct account and verify that the requester is authorised.
Emergency Limitation
The Relationship App is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Relationship App Support Form
Do not submit passwords, app PINs, Apple login details, verification codes, safewords, Sex Code contents or highly sensitive private message content.
